"Without proper self-evaluation, failure is inevitable."

- John Wooden

Teachers can promote self-evaluation in the classroom by helping students monitor their learning goals and strategy use, and then make changes to those goals and strategies based upon learning outcomes (Zimmerman, 2004)

The last resource goes deeper into learning strategies for self-assessment. I plan to look much further into this topic so that I could transition my learning towards application, rather than just theory.
